Fees
The first appointment, the intake session, is a 90-minute session where I conduct a biopsychosocial assessment and discuss initial ideas for your treatment plan. The intake session costs $225. Then, the base fee is $150 per hour and can be prorated to allow for more or less time in 1/2-hour increments.

I will accept Medicare Plan B starting in January 2024.

Telehealth and in-person sessions can be scheduled Tuesday-Friday from 11 AM to 5 PM (CST). Please note that I will observe most U.S. federally scheduled holidays.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
The client is responsible for giving me at least a 24-hour notice of a cancellation/reschedule. If this is not possible, I ask that the client inform me as soon as possible to allow me to schedule other clients. I reserve the right to utilize a cancellation fee for multiple cancellations within a single week.
No-Show Policy
If the client fails to inform me of a cancellation or reschedule, via email, by phone, or through the client portal (via TherapyNotes) Sowing Seeds Counseling, LLC reserves the right to end the counseling relationship if the client 'no-show's' more than twice for their appointment.
